Pursonality traits

Hi I'm Myrtle and I would love a new human to bond with. I'm a little shy at first but once I settle in I am super friendly. My foster carer describes me as sweet, smoochy, gentle and super soft.

I have been surrendered twice now. The first time was because I didn't get along with the resident pets and the second time due to a change in the home situation. I'm just looking for someone who wants to keep me forever!

I love to chat, apparently I make little chirpy noises. I like to investigate new things and play with my toys. Pats and chin scratches are my favourite. I like hanging out on the couch and sleeping next to my human at night.

I would prefer a quiet home with no young children and where I can minimise my exposure to the sun and so protect my pale features. I'm really loving my foster mums resident cat, hopefully I can go home with another friendly cat! I can't wait to find my new forever home!

Myrtle has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.

Myrtle has a heart murmur. The murmur has been assessed by Cat Haven veterinary staff as mild (grade three or less) and not likely to cause any adverse effects on her health. It is still advised that you have your primary care veterinarian monitor the heart murmur each time she has her annual health check. If you would like to discuss this further with one of Cat Haven’s veterinarians please ask one of our grounds staff to assist you in booking a consultation.

Cat Haven does not take any responsibility for any subsequent conditions or issues that may develop in the future as a result of these conditions.
