Bonjour! My Cat Haven name is Two Patch so my foster carers call me Patches. I came to Cat Haven in February after my owner died. It has taken me a little while to get used to all the sudden changes in my life but now I'm ready to find my forever home.

I'm a bit of a shy boy but once I get to know you it's nothing but love and cuddles, on my terms that is. I might even sleep on your lap while you're working on your computer. I'm very chatty in the morning for breakfast time!

Since I've been in foster I have relaxed enough that I'm now rather playful and I love to do zoomies around the house. But I can still be a bit skittish and quite startled by loud noises.

I need my new home to be calm and relaxed (so no young children) and my new family to be patient  Plus I need to be an indoor cat so that my exposure to the sun is minimised.

My foster home is in Fremantle.

Two Patch has a skin condition which has caused severe hair loss and itching in the past. There are a number of different things that can cause this condition, and it can be difficult to determine the underlying cause without specialists testing and trials. It is not known what causes his skin reaction, therefore it is important that you use a variety of preventative measures.  Allergic skin conditions can recur throughout an animal’s lifetime and continued treatment/ intermittent medication may be required.

Two Patch has a heart murmur. The murmur has been assessed by Cat Haven veterinary staff as mild (grade three or less) and not likely to cause any adverse effects on his health. If you would like to discuss this further with one of Cat Haven’s veterinarians please ask one of our grounds staff to assist you in booking a consultation.

Two Patch also has mild dental tartar and associated gum changes. This is very common in mature cats.

Cat Haven does not take any responsibility for any subsequent conditions or issues that may develop in the future as a result of these conditions.

Want to adopt me?

To meet me in foster care please contact our foster care department on:

Phone: 9442 3633

The foster carer will then be in touch to discuss this further and arrange a meeting. If after leaving your details you have not heard from anyone after 48 hours, please let us know. Once you’ve decided to give a foster cat or kitten a furrever home you’ll need to come to Cat Haven in person to complete the adoption paperwork before taking them home. We can’t wait to hear from you!
