If any item you receive is:
Please return it to Cat Haven and we will replace it without delay. We apologise that we cannot be responsible for damage to products caused by transit or by anything else outside of Cat Haven's control. If you wish to insure your packages before shipment, please note this in the special comments when you checkout and we will contact you with details.
You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 3 business days of the date of delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not cover postage on returns unless the item is defective or the order received was not what you ordered. In order to save money and avoid shipping cost, please also consider other alternatives prior to returning your goods, such as using them as a gift for an unsuspecting loved one.
